  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Freshly-squeezed lemon juice

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh parsley

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt Freshly-ground black pepper - two peppermil turns

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine the garlic, egg, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender and puree. Add the oil in a slow stream and continue to process until the mixture has formed a thick emulsion. This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
