  1. 1/2 c Mayonnaise

  2. 3 tb Blue cheese

  3. 2 ts Dijon-style mustard

  4. 1/4 ts Salt

  5. 1/4 ts Pepper

  6. 2 c Broccoli florets

  7. 2 ts Olive oil

  8. 1 c Red pepper; cubes

  9. 8 oz Egg noodles; cooked

  10. 3 tb Walnuts

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, bleu cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.

  2. Set aside.

  3. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir fry the broccoli in hot oil one minute; add pepper slivers and continue to cook for an additional minute; add the turkey and cook for 30 seconds.

  4. Remove from the heat.

  5. In a large bowl, toss the turkey/vegetable mixture, noodles and blue cheese dressing.

  6. Top with walnuts and serve warm.

  7. Cooking Tips: To save time, get broccoli and peppers already cut up at the salad bar.

  8. To reduce the fat content of this dish, use low-fat mayonnaise and yolk-free noodles.
