  1. 2 cups cooked ham , diced

  2. 1 cup celery , diced

  3. 1 cup sweet pickle relish

  4. 4 hard-boiled eggs , finely chopped

  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise , plus

  6. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  7. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

  8. 12 medium tomatoes

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  10. 12 lettuce leaves

  1. Combine ham, celery, pickle relish, eggs, mayo and mustard; mix well. Chill.

  2. Cut tops from tomatoes; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

  3. Sprinkle inside of each tomato with 1/8 teaspoons salt, invert on paper towels; drain.

  4. Spoon ham salad into tomato shells.

  5. Serve on lettuce leaves.
