  1. 3 cups 438g / 15oz Rhubarb - diced

  2. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Flour Topping

  4. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Brown sugar

  5. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Old-fashioned rolled oats

  6. 1 1/2 cups 93g / 3 1/3oz Flour

  7. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - or margarine

  8. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Vegetable shortening

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Combine brown sugar, oats and flour; cut in butter and shortening until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. Serve warm, with ice cream, whipped cream or milk.
