  2. 2 tbsp. sugar

  3. 1/4 c. warm water

  4. 2 tsp. salt

  5. 2 c. warm water

  6. 2 c. flour

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, 1/4 cup warm water and salt until dissolved. Add 2 cups warm water and flour. Mix well and set in a warm place from 1 to 4 days. Then keep in refrigerator for future use.
