  8. 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  9. 3/4 c Dark Brown Sugar, Packed

  10. 2 T Flour, All-purpose, Unbleached

  11. 3 lg Eggs

  12. 2 t Vanilla

  13. 1/2 c Pecans, Finely Chopped

  15. Garnish include Maple Syrup & Pecan halves.

  16. 9 springform pan. Bake

  17. 350 F,

  18. 10 mins. Combine cream cheese, brown

  19. sugar & flour, mixing at md speed on electric mixer until well

  20. blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  21. Blend in vanilla; stir in chopped pecans. Pour over crust. Bake

  22. 450 F,

  23. 10 mins. Reduce oven temperature to

  24. 250 F & continute baking

  25. an additional 30 mins. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before

  26. removing rim of pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup; top with pecan
