  2. 3 oz Snap beans; cut into bite-

  3. 3 oz Kale; coarsely chopped

  4. 3 oz Soybeans; cooked

  5. 1 1/2 oz Brazil nuts; chopped

  6. 1 1/2 tb Soy oil

  7. 1/2 ts Garlic; minced

  8. 1 1/2 oz Fresh chives; minced

  9. 1/4 ts Tarragon

  10. 1/2 ts Salt

  1. Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve hot or cold.
