  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Yellow crookneck -

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Zucchini - or-

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Pattypan squash

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Margarine

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh lemon juici

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh rosemary - chopped

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Crushed dried rosemary

  1. Cut 4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or pattypan squash, about 1 pound total, in half lengthwise. Brush with a mixture of margarine, fresh lemon juice and rosemary. Grill over medium-hot coals, 4 to 6 inches source of heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender when pierced.
