  3. 9 tablespoon(s) Sugar

  4. 4 tablespoon(s) Sesame Oil

  5. 9 stalk(s) Green Onions , Finely chopped

  6. 2 teaspoon(s) Crushed Garlic

  7. Korean Red Pepper / Cayenne , add as little or as much as you like

  8. Crushed Red Pepper , ad as little or as much as you like

  9. 1/2 cup(s) Tomatoes , Chopped

  10. 1 Lettuce , Leaves separated & rinsed

  11. 1 bunch(es) Cilantro , Chopped

  12. 1 cup(s) Fresh Bean Sprouts , white / firm

  13. 2 cup(s) Jasmine Rice , Prepared

  1. In Wok, mix first seven ingredients until meat is completely coated. Sit aside for 30 minutes - meat will turn almost black.

  2. Turn heat on high and stir mixture constantly until there is a dark thick syrup remaining. Cooking time will depend on quantity made.
