  2. 6 Chipotle pepper - canned, chopped fine

  3. 1/4 Onions - chopped fine (medium)

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Cider vinegar

  5. 12 oz 340g Beer - amber (like Pete's wicked amber)

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili powder

  7. 4 Garlic - minced

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Prepared mustard

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cumin

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ground coriander

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cocoa

  13. 1/4 cup 59ml Bourbon

  14. 1/2 Lime - juice of

  15. Fresh black pepper to taste

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer.

  3. Cook until thick.
