  10. 4 c Cooked Linguine (Hot)

  12. 1 t Olive Oil

  13. 1/2 ts Salt (Optional)

  14. 1/8 ts Crushed Red Pepper

  15. Yield: 4 Servings

  16. In a 2-quart saucepan, cook the spinach according to the package

  17. directions. Add the chick-peas and raisins and cook, stirring

  18. 3 to 4 minutes.

  19. Transfer the spinach mixture to a large mixing bowl; add the linguine, oil,

  20. salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
