  1. 12 oz rigatoni

  2. 2 Tbsp olive oil

  3. 9 oz fresh California blend stir-fry vegetables, such as Mann's

  4. 1 (10-oz) pkg cooked chicken strips

  5. 1 Tbsp chopped garlic

  6. 1 cup chicken broth

  7. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  8. 1/4 cup thin strips fresh basil

  1. Boil rigatoni as package directs, reserving 1 cup cooking water before draining.

  2. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add stir-fry vegetables and chicken strips; sauté 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in broth. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.

  3. Toss with drained pasta, Parmesan, basil and reserved cooking water as needed.
