  1. 1 Salmon;

  2. 4 to 5 lb. Drawn - s

  3. 1 Oil

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Tomato - peeled and chopped

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onion - chopped

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Dill; fresh - chopped

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry bread cubes

  8. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Celery - chopped

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon pepper

  11. 1 Garlic; small - minced

  1. Prepare salmon and brush with oil. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff salmon with this mixture.

  2. Place salmon on a sheet of heavy duty foil that has been doubled and greased.

  3. Place on water smoker grid and smoke.
