  2. 1 tbs Olive oil

  3. Kosher salt

  4. 1 oz Lemon juice

  5. 6 oz Prosciutto

  1. Boil asparagus for 5 minutes and shock in a cold water bath. Dry on a paper towel. Wrap 3 stalks of asparagus in a piece of proscuitto. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over wrapped asparagus. Season with salt.
