  1. 1 1/8 lbs watermelon , roughly chopped (500g)

  2. 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger (or 1/4- 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger)

  3. thinly sliced watermelon (to garnish)

  1. Place the watermelon and ginger in a blender.

  2. Process for 2 minutes, or until smooth.

  3. Add 6 ice cubes and process until the ice is crushed.

  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a thin slice of watermelon.

  5. Enjoy!
