  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Bell pepper - green, chopped

  3. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - sliced

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Green onions - slices, w/tops

  5. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  6. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Rice - uncooked

  7. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Chicken broth

  8. 1 Tomatoes - (16oz)

  9. 2 cups 474ml Crawfish tails

  10. 2 cups 474ml Shrimp - cooked

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Poultry seasoning Cayenne pepper to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Melt butter in large skillet; all bell pepper, celery and onions and cook until soft but not brown.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

  3. Stir mixture once or twice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender (mixture should be slightly moist).

  4. Correct seasonings if necessary; fluff with fork and serve.
