  1. 6 ea Swordfish steaks,

  2. 1"thick

  3. 3/8 c Dry sherry

  4. 1 1/2 ea Garlic clove,mince

  5. 2 1/4 ts Ginger,mince

  6. 1 1/2 ts Lemon zest,grated

  7. 1 c Soy sauce

  8. 1 1/2 ea Carrot,small,minced

  9. 1 1/2 tb Red bell pepper,nince

  10. 3 ea Scallions,small,chop fine

  11. 3 tb Extra virgin olive oil

  12. 1) Place fish in glass dish. 2) Combine soy

  13. 1hr at room temperature.Remove fish from marinade & pat dry,& brush w/oil.

  14. 4" from heat,turning once & basting occasionally w/remain- marinade until the fish is opaque throughout,

  15. 4-5min
