  1. 1/2 cup bottled olive oil and vinegar salad dressing or Italian salad dressing

  2. 1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel

  3. 3 pounds fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells, peeled, deveined, and cooked*

  4. 1/4 cup snipped fresh herbs (such as dill, cilantro, and/or parsley)

  5. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (1 ounce) Salt Black pepper Lime wedges

  6. 1 recipe Garlic Bread Sticks

  1. In a large bowl combine salad dressing and lime peel. Add shrimp. Toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. To serve, combine undrained shrimp, herbs, and feta cheese. Stir gently to combine; season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon into bowl. Serve with lime wedges and, if desired, Garlic Bread Sticks.
