  1. 2/3 cup 157ml Grill sauce - divided

  2. 1 cup 237ml Roasted - skinned, boned

  3. Chicken breast --

  4. Chopped 2 Cooking spray

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Smoked gouda cheese --

  6. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Part-skim mozzarella cheese

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Green onion - sliced

  8. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Fresh cilantro - chopped

  1. Combine 1/4 cup grill sauce and chicken in a bowl. Toss well; set aside.

  2. Prepare grill.

  3. Place 1 crust on grill rack coated with cooking spray.

  4. Grill 3 minutes or until puffy and golden. Turn crust, grill-mark side up; spread with 3 tbsp grill sauce.

  5. Top with half of Gouda, chicken mixture, mozzarella and green onions.

  6. Cover; grill 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is lightly browned.

  7. Sprinkle with half of cilantro. Repeat with remaining crust and toppings.
