  1. 1/3 cup mango chutney

  2. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  3. 2 Tablespoons water

  4. 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

  5. 1 cup red or green seedless grapes

  6. 1 cup diced sharp Cheddar cheese

  7. 3 scallions, chopped

  8. 1/2 cup chopped celery

  9. 1/2 cup toasted pecans lettuce

  1. Whisk mango chutney and mayonnaise with water in a large bowl until blended. Add cubed chicken, grapes, Cheddar cheese, scallions, celery and pecans. Toss well, and serve on lettuce leaves.
