  1. 3 tablespoons water

  2. 3 tablespoons tomato sauce

  3. 1/3 teaspoon chilli sauce (more if you like hot food)

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 3/4 tablespoon sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon ginger

  7. 1 teaspoon garlic

  8. 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut

  9. 1 and 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  10. 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

  11. 1 teaspoons ground coriander seeds

  12. 500 gm (1 pound) chicken thigh fillets

  1. Method : Mix the first eleven ingredients together. Slice the chicken thinly and marinate in the sauce for one hour.
