  1. 1/2 cup Butter

  2. cup Brown sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon Dark rum

  4. 1 tablespoon Creme de Banana

  5. 3 larges Bananas, split and sliced

  6. Vanilla ice cream

  7. dash Cinnamon

  1. In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.

  2. Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
