  1. 2 eggs

  2. 1 cup chopped almonds or 1 cup cashews

  3. 2 cups sugar

  4. 2 cups flour

  5. 2 teaspoons baking soda

  6. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple , undrained

  7. 1/2 cup butter , softened

  8. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  9. 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Dump eggs thru pineapple into a large bowl and mix.

  2. Pour into greased 13-inch X 9-inch pan.

  3. Bake at 350° 40-45 minites.

  4. Cool.

  5. Combine the frosting ingredients (butter through vanilla) and use to frost the cake.

  6. Keep refrigerated.
