  1. 1 1 /2 pounds cooked chestnuts Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Bring large saucepan of salted water to boil over medium-high heat, add Brussels Sprouts and cook 12 to 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain Brussels Sprouts in colander and refresh under cold water.

  2. In large non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add chestnuts and cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Add Brussels Sprouts and salt and pepper and cook, tossing, 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately.
