  3. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Sugar

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground cloves

  6. 2 cups 474ml 2% reduced-fat milk

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Grated orange rind

  8. 3 teaspoons 15ml Eggs - lightly beaten (large)

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 375°. Place figs in a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate coated with cooking spray. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and cloves in a bowl. Gradually add half of milk, stirring with a whisk. Stir in remaining milk, rind, and eggs. Pour batter over figs. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until set; cool. (serving size: 1 wedge).
