  1. 2 Tablespoons minced onion

  2. 1 Tablespoon curry powder

  3. 2 Tablespoons butter

  4. 1-1/2 cups bechamel sauce

  5. 1/2 cup cream Salt to taste

  6. Saute minced onion and curry powder in butter for 5 minutes or until onion is transparent. Stir in bechamel sauce and cream.

  7. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt.
