  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Pasta - corkscrew

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Pesto sauce

  3. 2 Tomatoes - chopped

  4. Black pepper

  5. 2 Garlic - crushed

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Pine nuts

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh parsley - chopped

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  1. Cook pasta as directed then chill in ice water and drain. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
