  1. 1 pizza dough

  2. 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil

  3. 1/2 olive oil

  4. 1/3 pine nut s

  5. 1/2 parmesan cheese

  6. 4 roma tomato 's sliced small container of ricotta cheese small container of feta cheese

  1. Roll out pizza dough (to your liking...thin or thick) onto your choice of pan. Blend basil, olive oil, ⅓ pine nuts and parmesan cheese in food processor until smooth and creamy. Spread out onto pizza dough leaving ½ inch from the crust. Spread out tomato’s then spoon out ricotta into chunks onto dough (about 1 inch apart). Then sprinkle feta cheese and pine nuts to top it off. Bake at 400 until crust is slightly brown.
