  1. 3/4 cup sugar

  2. 1 tbsp. flour

  3. 3/4 tsp. salt

  4. 1 tsp. ground ginger

  5. 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

  6. 3 large eggs

  7. 1 can plain pumpkin (or about 1 1/2 cups fresh pumpkin, cooked and mashed)

  8. 1 1/2 cups milk

  9. 2 tbsp. light molasses

  10. 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat in eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a buttered 1.5-quart casserole dish. Bake about 1 1/4 hours or until firm in the center. (If you insert a knife and it comes out clean, pudding is done). Serve with whipped cream.
