  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a buttered casserole dish. Mix milk, cheeses, butter, & seasonings to a heavy bottomed saucepan. Over medium high heat, stir until cheeses’ begin to melt & sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in bacon bits, pour over potatoes & bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. Lynn Byers McClellan
