  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh rosemary leaves - chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh sage leaves - chopped

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh thyme leaves - chopped

  4. 4 tablespoons 60ml Freshly ground black pepper

  5. 4 tablespoons 60ml Kosher salt

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Pat meat dry. In a small bowl combine all spices until well mixed. Coat meat with rub. Brush meat with olive oil.
