  1. 500 g ground turkey

  2. 1 onion , finely chopped

  3. 3 garlic cloves , finely chopped

  4. 1 medium carrot , grated

  5. 1 medium zucchini , grated

  6. 1 cup Vita Brits, finely crushed (or Weet Bix)

  7. 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  9. salt , to taste

  10. fresh ground pepper , to taste

  11. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  12. 1/2 cup ketchup

  1. Preheat oven to 180.

  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in a bowl.

  3. Spray the inside of a loaf pan with non-stick spray.

  4. Put mixture firmly in loaf pan and brush with ketchup.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
