  1. 2 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves - cut thin strips

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Red Lobster's Cajun Seasoning - (see recipe)

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  4. 8 Green pepper

  5. 8 Sweet red pepper

  6. 1 Green onion - sliced

  7. 1 cup 237ml Heavy cream - (to 2)

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dried basil

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Lemon-pepper seasoning

  10. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  11. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  12. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  13. 4 oz 113g Linguine - cooked,drained

  14. Grated Parmesan cheese -

  1. Place chicken and Cajun Seasoning in a bowl or resealable plastic bag; toss or shake to coat.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat saute chicken in butter until almost tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add peppers, mushrooms and onion; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Reduce heat. Add cream and seasonings; heat through. Add linguine and toss; heat through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

  4. This recipe yields 2 servings.
