  1. 4 lb. pork roast

  2. 2 medium onions, sliced

  3. 1 1/2 cups water

  4. 16 ounces mild or sweet barbecue sauce

  1. Instructions Layer the bottom of a crock pot with half of the onion slices. Add water and roast. top with remaining onions. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until roast is cooked through. During last hour, drain out the excess liquid and add the barbecue sauce. Serve on rolls or hamburger buns with additional barbecue sauce to taste. .
