  1. 1 3/4 cups liquid cream or 440 ml

  2. 1 cup water or 250 ml

  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  4. 1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 2 eggs

  5. 2 tablespoons corn flour

  6. 12 fingers KIT KAT® , chopped

  1. Place fresh liquid cream in a mixing bowl and whip using an electric hand mixer for 5-6 minutes or until cream becomes stiff. Set in the fridge.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water, vanilla, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk , eggs and corn flour and bring to boil with constant stirring. Simmer for 1 minute or until mixture thickens. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

  3. Combine and mix together the whipped cream with the cooled NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture until well combined.

  4. Add the chopped KIT KAT to the mixture and fold using a metal spoon until all ingredients are combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into individual cups or a rectangular cake pan, cover and freeze until firm.
