  1. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  3. 12 oz 340g Fresh or frozen cranberries - (1 bag) thawed

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Seedless raspberry jam Vegetable cooking spray

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk chocolate chips

  6. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz All-purpose flour

  7. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Regular oats

  8. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Firmly packed brown sugar

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Margarine - melted

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in the jam. Divide mixture evenly among 6 (6-ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray, and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and margarine; toss well. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over cranberry mixture. Place cups on a baking sheet, and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
