  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Tomatoes - cut into wedges (large)

  3. 2 Hard-cooked eggs - cut into wedges

  4. 1 Cucumber - sliced

  5. 8 Asparagus spears - cooked or canned, drained

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Pitted ripe olives Lettuce Lemon or lime wedges Louis Dressing

  7. 2/3 cup 157ml Mayonnaise

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Chili sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced green onion

  10. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lemon or lime juice

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared horseradish

  12. 1 splash Bottled hot pepper sauce

  1. Recipe Instructions Louis Dressing: Combine all ingredients; mix well. (Makes 1 cup) Cut crab legs into 2 1/2- to 3-inch pieces. Arrange crab, tomato, egg, cucumber, asparagus and olives on individual lettuce-lined plates; garnish with lemon. Serve with Louis Dressing.
