  7. 2 tb Honey

  8. 1 ts Thai hot sauce, chili oil,

  9. Or other hot sauce

  10. 1 1/2 tb Canola oil

  11. 3 Cloves of garlic, minced

  12. 1 tablespoon

  13. 1 tb Minced fresh giner

  14. 1 Jalapeno chili, seeded &

  15. Minced 3 Scallions, whites minced,

  16. Greens thinly sliced on the

  17. Diagonal

  18. 2 Red bell peppers, cored,

  19. Seeded, and cut into 1 1/2 Sqyares

  20. 2 Yellow bell peppers, cored

  21. 2 Green bell peppers, cored,

  22. Seeded, and cut into 1 1/2 Squares

  23. 1 tb Black or toasted white

  24. Sesame seeds

  25. 1 1/2 ts Cornstarch dissolved in

  26. 1 tb

  27. Cold water

  28. 1. Combine the lemon juice, tamari, honey, and hot sauce (if using) in a

  29. bowland whisk until smooth.

  30. 2. Just before serving, heat a wok over high heat. Swirl in the oil.

  31. Add the garlic, giner, chili, and scallion whites, and stir-fry over

  32. high heat for 15 seconds, or until fragrant but now brown. Add the

  33. peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until the peppers begin to

  34. soften. Stir in half the scallion greens, half the sesame seeds,

  35. and the sauce, and bring to a boil. Stir in the dissolved cornstarch

  36. and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a platter and garnish

  37. with the remaining scallion greens and sesame seeds.
