  1. 2 16 oz. can country style baked beans

  2. 1 large onion chopped

  3. 8 strips bacon browned and crumbled

  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  7. 1 16 oz. package beef franks

  8. 1 cup cooked ground pork sausage

  1. Chop or mince onions as desired, pre-cook bacon, drain, cool and crumble, pre-cook pork sausage according to package directions drain and crumble, slice and cut franks to small bits.

  2. Add all ingredients to 3 quart sauce pan and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes. Yield: serves 6
