  1. 1 lb. med. egg noodles

  2. 4 tbsp. oil

  3. 4 tbsp. butter

  4. 1 c. chopped onion

  5. 1 tsp. minced garlic

  6. 4 c. halved cherry tomatoes (2 pt.)

  7. 3 tsp. salt

  8. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  9. 1 tsp. dried basil leaves

  10. 4 chicken breasts, cubed

  11. 3/4 lb. zucchini, cubed

  12. 4 tsp. soft butter

  13. 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

  1. Start cooking the pasta as directed. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a skillet over moderately high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until onion is translucent. Increase heat slightly, add chicken and cook until chicken turns white. Add zucchini, tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil to the skillet. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 minutes.

  2. Mix hot, drained noodles with remaining butter. Add chicken mixture and toss gently to mix. Serve with shredded Swiss cheese.
