  7. 7 long green chili (siling pansigang)

  8. 1 stick butter, divided into 4 pieces

  9. 2 medium carrots, sliced (for garnish)

  10. Parsley (for garnish)

  11. 4 pieces hard-boiled eggs, sliced

  12. 3 tablespoons chicken masala seasoning

  13. 2 pieces eggplants, sliced and fried

  14. 4 tablespoons biryani masala seasoning

  15. 7 slices dried lemon (this is available in Indian stores)

  16. 5 to 6 cups water

  17. Salt and pepper to taste

  18. 3 tablespoons cooking oil
