  1. 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing , divided

  2. 1/8 tsp. ground cumin

  3. 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips

  4. 1 red pepper , cut into strips

  5. 1/2 cup sliced onion s

  6. 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves

  7. 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

  1. MIX 2 Tbsp. dressing and cumin in medium bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

  2. HEAT remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet. Stir in peppers and onions; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.

  3. ADD chicken mixture to skillet; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add cooked vegetables; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  4. SPOON chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves; top with cheese. Roll up.
