  1. 4 Ducks

  2. 1 Orange

  3. 1 Apple

  4. 1 Onion

  5. cup Melted butter

  6. cup Cooking wine

  1. Salt and pepper ducks. Stuff each with ¼ orange, ¼ apple and ¼ onion; place in roasting pan. Combine butter and wine. Pour over ducks. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-½ hours or until tender, basting every 15 minutes. Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
