  1. 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell

  2. 1-1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  3. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  5. 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley

  6. 1/4 pound sliced deli genoa salami , cut into small squares

  7. 1/4 pound sliced boiled deli ham , cut into small squares

  8. 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

  9. *3 beaten eggs

  10. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl combine, eggs, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg and salt and pepper.

  3. Stir until well combined. Gently stir in the salami and ham.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is slight golden and filling is set.

  5. Allow pie to cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Serve warm.
