  1. 1 lb Crabmeat 

  2. 1/4 t Celery salt

  3. 1 ea Chicken bouillion cube 

  4. 1 t Salt

  5. 1 c Boiling water 

  6. 1 x Dash pepper

  7. 1/4 c Chopped onion 

  8. 1 qt Milk

  9. 1 c Butter 

  10. 1 x Chopped parsley

  11. 3 T Flour

  1. Dissolve boullion cube in water. Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and bouillion gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crabmeat, heat.
