  1. 1 1/2 lbs potatoes

  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon salt

  5. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  6. 1 teaspoon spanish smoked paprika

  1. Cut each potato lenghtwise in 8 wedges.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet coated with a little olive oil or cooking spray.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 60 minutes, tossing once or twice.
