  1. 1 lb lean ground beef

  2. 2 cups water

  3. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning (I use Old El Paso)

  4. 2 cups Minute Rice

  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  7. coarsely crushed tortilla chips

  8. sour cream (or desired toppings)

  1. Brown meat in large frying pan on medium-high heat; drain.

  2. Add water and seasoning mix to frying pan and stir.

  3. Bring to boil.

  4. Mix in rice.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.

  6. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until done.

  7. Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
