  1. 1 1/4 cups peaches, sliced (fresh or frozen)

  2. 1/2 medium firm banana

  3. 1 cup orange juice

  4. 1/2 cup ice, crushed

  5. 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt

  6. 1 tablespoon honey

  7. 1/8 teaspoon rum extract or 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process for 15-20 seconds or until smooth. Sitr if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
