  1. 1 lb Ground chicken, or 1 lb Turkey

  2. 1 tb Olive Oil

  3. 2 Onions chopped

  4. 4 Crushed garlic cloves or 14 oz Can Tomato sauce

  5. 1/2 c White wine 

  6. 1 Sweet green pepper

  7. 1 ts Dried leaf basil

  8. 1/2 ts Leaf Sage

  1. Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add ground chicken or turkey to pan along with onions. Stir frequently with a fork until meat loses most of its pink color. Add Tomato sauce and white wine. Simmer or 5 minutes.

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Saute for 2 minutes. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min. —–
