  1. Mix together:

  2. 2 c. flour

  3. 1 tsp. salt

  4. 1 pkg. Rapid rise yeast

  5. Add:

  6. 1 c. warm water (125-130 F)

  7. 2 tbsp. olive oil

  8. 1 1/2 c. flour, mix well. Knead on flour covered board

  9. 4-6 minutes, adding more flour if necessary. Cover and let rest

  10. 10 minutes. Divide dough in half to make two

  11. 12 inch rounds or use all of it for one deep dish (9x13).

  12. Top and bake as recommended for your favorite recipe.
